Charge_iN, a public EV charging network operated by Indian automaker Mahindra, has expanded its reach to 50 locations in India.
The newest station is located at an HP Auto Care Centre on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, one of the country’s busiest inter-city corridors. This is the first Charge_iN station to become operational under Mahindra’s collaboration with oil giant HPCL (Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited). In March, the two companies announced an agreement to develop EV charging infrastructure at HPCL retail outlets across India.

Charge_iN stations exclusively feature 180 kW dual-gun chargers capable of charging Mahindra’s Electric Origin SUVs—XEV 9e, BE 6 SPORTEQ and XEV 9S. Stations are strategically positioned along major highway corridors and co-located with amenities such as restaurants and cafés.
