Tesla FSD v14.3.9 now intervenes to steer clear of collisions during manual driving

Tesla is rolling out FSD Supervised v14.3.9, which can activate automatically during manual driving to avoid imminent collisions when braking alone won't suffice. The system may also engage if the driver is heavily distracted or accidentally disengages FSD.
