IRU and Transport & Environment are calling on the European Commission to recognize semi-private business-to-business truck charging as a distinct category in its upcoming AFIR review. The groups argue that depot, warehouse, and logistics hub charging shared between operators needs proportionate EU rules and state aid treatment to accelerate zero-emission truck adoption.
