China September NEV retail sales fall 12% year-on-year, narrowed by late-month surge
China's passenger NEV retail sales totaled 1.141 million units in September, down 12% year-on-year but up 14% month-on-month, according to preliminary CPCA data. A surge in the final three days lifted the month's total and narrowed the decline from 20% over the first 27 days, with NEVs reaching 67.1% of passenger vehicle retail sales.
