Huawei-JAC's Maextro to redesign brake pedal bracket, offer free upgrade after V800 test controversy
Maextro pledged to redesign the brake pedal bracket base and give existing V800 owners a free upgrade after Dongchedi's emergency braking tests showed fractures in all three MPVs. The Huawei-JAC luxury brand said no such failures have occurred in customer use and described the test conditions as extreme, but JAC shares fell 10% to their daily limit.
