Monarc now sells its e-bikes without batteries, cutting up to $500 for owners who already have spares

Minnesota-based e-bike maker Monarc has introduced a new pricing structure letting buyers choose two batteries, one battery, or none at all. The battery-less option, aimed at existing owners with compatible packs and chargers, trims $500 off the Marker and Tracer models.
