Fiat 500e and Dodge Charger Top List of America’s Cheapest EVs to Own
A new cost-of-ownership study ranks the retro-styled Fiat 500e as America’s cheapest new car to own, at just $3,557 per year, with the Dodge Charger Daytona EV taking second place among electrics. The study also finds hybrids are slightly more affordable to run than battery-electric vehicles overall.
