Global Battery Materials, LiBEST Sign LOI for Ex-China Graphite and Anode Supply

Global Battery Materials Corp. has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent with South Korean battery maker LiBEST to evaluate and potentially supply natural graphite, coated spherical purified graphite, and other anode materials processed entirely outside China. The deal aims to build a resilient, FEOC-compliant battery supply chain serving energy, defense, AI infrastructure, and electric vehicle markets.
