GMG graphene G CELLS retain full capacity after 489 six-minute fast-charge cycles

Graphene Manufacturing Group's graphene aluminum-ion G CELLS completed 489 charge-discharge cycles at a 10 C rate with no measurable capacity loss, according to testing by the Battery Innovation Center of Indiana. The unoptimized 1 Ah pouch cells also ran far cooler than a benchmark LTO cell, though energy density remains below 50 Wh/kg pending further development.
