Relectrify debuts inverterless AC1 battery storage in South Australia
Melbourne-based Relectrify has installed its first AC1 battery energy storage system in Renmark, South Australia, with partner YES Energy, marking the commercial launch of its inverterless CellSwitch technology. The 250kVA, 1,089kWh unit is part of a AU$61.1 million ARENA-backed project targeting 100MWh of deployments across Australia by 2028.
