XBM USA and SiCAM Technologies Partner on Next-Generation Silicon-Sulfur Battery Platform
XBM USA and SiCAM Technologies have announced a collaboration to develop a silicon-sulfur battery materials platform, pairing SiCAM's low-cost silicon-carbon anode with XBM's lignin-derived lithium-sulfur cathode and cell technologies. The partners aim to supply U.S. battery OEMs with a domestically sourced, high-energy-density chemistry for eMobility applications such as eVTOLs and drones.
