Pony AI Aims to Deploy 1,000 Autonomous Electric Heavy Trucks in 2-3 Years

Pony AI plans to roll out 500-1,000 fourth-generation autonomous heavy-duty electric trucks for long-haul freight, bulk commodity transport, and port logistics within two to three years. The company also targets 100,000 light-duty autonomous trucks by 2030, citing 70% lower hardware costs as a key scaling trigger.
