Lomiko Metals Closes Arrangement With Global Battery Materials, Shares Delisted
Lomiko Metals has completed its plan of arrangement with Global Battery Materials Corp., which acquired all outstanding Lomiko shares for $0.13 per share in cash. Lomiko's shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange and the company has applied to cease being a reporting issuer in three Canadian provinces.
