TDK launches dual-die HAR 3025 position sensor for steer-by-wire and EV traction motors

TDK has introduced the Micronas HAR 3025, a dual-die motor position sensor targeting safety-critical steer-by-wire, brake-by-wire and high-voltage traction motor applications. The ASIL D-ready sensor stacks two independent dies in a single 4x4mm package for redundancy, with production planned for the first half of 2027.
