Wevo launches low-viscosity silicone gap filler for EV battery pack thermal management
German manufacturer Wevo-Chemie has unveiled WEVOSIL 26040 FL, a thermally conductive silicone gap filler rated at 4 W/m·K that fills millimeter-scale gaps in compact EV battery packs and power electronics. The material enables reliable application in tight spaces without high-pressure dosing systems, supporting weight-optimized assembly designs.
