Tesla's China sales fall 11.9% as Shanghai exports double

Tesla sold 381,088 vehicles in China through September 2026, down 11.9% year over year and its weakest first nine months in at least four years. Meanwhile, Giga Shanghai exports more than doubled to 361,972 units, now nearly half of its output, as Beijing prepares to cut EV export tax rebates.
