Nearly 90 battery listings on offer: Circunomics opens its marketplace data to the public

Mainz, Germany, 2 October 2026 — Listings and buyer requests on the Circunomics B2B Battery Marketplace are publicly viewable without registration.

On 30 September 2026, the Circunomics B2B Battery Marketplace listed close to 2 GWh of battery capacity across nearly 90 active listings. The listings include new batteries, surplus stock, used battery packs and modules, individual cells, and battery energy storage systems (BESS). They can be viewed without registration here.

The figures reflect the Circunomics Marketplace, not the European battery market as a whole.

Data to support better decisions

Circunomics operates the marketplace as a neutral, manufacturer-independent platform. It currently serves more than 300 customers, with a focus on Europe. Circunomics expects trading volume on its B2B Battery Marketplace to reach well over 1 GWh in 2026.

The Marketplace brings battery offers together with information provided by sellers, giving buyers a starting point for deciding whether a listing could fit their needs.

When customers need a closer assessment, Circunomics’ Battery Lifecycle Analytics can assess a battery’s remaining capacity, estimate its value and model how it might perform in another application, such as stationary storage. This is a separate service, not part of every marketplace listing.

Circunomics also offers compliance and Battery Passport capabilities to help customers address relevant EU Battery Regulation requirements.

Felix Wagner, CEO of Circunomics , said:

Visibility is only the first step towards a functioning battery market.

A battery’s value is not determined by age alone, but by its condition and suitability for a specific use case. By making listings discoverable while protecting sensitive commercial details, we let buyers check condition and fit before the first conversation. —

Public listings show technical specifications, State of Health, inspection results and photos, and can be filtered by chemistry, capacity, and location. Pricing, seller identity, and documents are visible to registered users only.
