DB HiTek Qualifies 1,200V SiC MOSFET Process on 8-Inch Wafers, Targets 2027 Volume Production

DB HiTek has completed reliability qualification for its 1,200V silicon carbide MOSFET process on 200mm wafers, claiming the world's first complete 8-inch 1,200V SiC foundry flow. The South Korean foundry will open access to longstanding customers in Q3 2026 and all customers from Q2 2027.
