CATL eVTOL battery passes world-first dual-cell thermal runaway test
CATL's 350 Wh/kg aviation battery for eVTOLs has passed a severe safety test where two adjacent cells were triggered simultaneously, a world first. The battery is ready for mass production and will debut in Autoflight's passenger eVTOL aircraft.
