Tesla's Texas Megapack factory wins foreign-trade zone status, but China tariffs still apply
The US Foreign-Trade Zones Board approved a 14-month subzone for Tesla's Brookshire, Texas Megapack plant, letting the company defer duties on roughly 80 imported components.
