Porsche Confirms All-Electric Boxster and Cayman for 2028, But 911 Stays Gas
Porsche has confirmed that its next-generation 718 Boxster and Cayman will be exclusively electric, with the first full production year set for 2028. The EV sports cars will use a unique mid-mounted battery layout to preserve handling, while Porsche's CEO insists the 911 will never go electric.
