Edify Energy closes financing on 1,200MWh solar-plus-storage projects in Queensland
Australian developer Edify Energy has reached financial close on the Ganymirra and Majors Creek solar-plus-storage projects near Townsville, featuring 360MWp of solar and 300MW/1,200MWh of battery storage. The integrated hybrid assets will use grid-forming inverters and a CATL-supplied battery system, with major construction expected to begin in Q3 2026.
