Generational's analysis of roughly 10,000 used-EV battery tests across UK dealers found that about 1 in 85 packs shows cell-level voltage imbalance above 50 mV that headline State of Health figures miss. The company says cell-level diagnostics can flag faults affecting range, charging and resale value before they become customer problems.
