Hanbat National University Study: Disordered Atomic Structure Boosts Lithium-Rich Cathode Performance

Researchers at Hanbat National University have intentionally introduced cation disorder into lithium-rich cathode materials, improving lithium transport and preventing performance degradation. The cobalt-free approach could enable higher-energy-density batteries for electric vehicles and energy storage.
