TE Connectivity acquires HENN’s fluid connection systems for EV thermal management

TE Connectivity has agreed to acquire HENN Connector Group’s plastic air and fluid connection systems unit, adding critical thermal-management hardware for EV batteries and electronics. The deal strengthens TE’s ability to offer integrated electrical, data, and fluid connectivity solutions for next-generation vehicle platforms.
