Anthro Energy Breaks Ground on First US-Owned Advanced Electrolyte Plant in Kentucky

Anthro Energy has started construction on what it calls America's first US-owned and operated advanced electrolyte manufacturing facility, located in Louisville, Kentucky. Expected to open in late 2027, the plant will produce about 12,000 metric tons of polymer electrolyte annually, supporting up to 25 GWh of lithium-ion battery production and roughly 500 jobs.
