China warns UK of retaliation if it follows EU in restricting Chinese EVs
China's commerce ministry urged Britain to comply with WTO rules and warned of firm countermeasures if the UK imposes restrictions on Chinese electric vehicles. The warning comes as UK trade minister Anas Sarwar says tariff discussions with European partners are continuing amid efforts to secure access to the EU's "Made in Europe" program.
