TDK launches DC-link film capacitors rated to 135°C for EV inverters and chargers

TDK has introduced the B3272*A/G/T series of DC-link film capacitors, qualified for continuous operation at case temperatures up to 135°C with no derating below 105°C. The AEC-Q200E qualified parts target xEV traction inverters, on-board chargers and DC-DC converters, using a polypropylene and cyclic olefin copolymer dielectric for greater thermal headroom.
