EnerSys to Acquire Ultralife for $320M, Expanding Defense Battery Technologies

EnerSys has agreed to acquire Ultralife for $16.00 per share in cash, valuing the battery maker at roughly $320 million enterprise value and a 166% premium. The deal expands EnerSys's differentiated battery technologies and U.S. manufacturing capacity for defense applications, including drone and counter-drone systems.
