Magnachip licenses Navitas GeneSiC SiC tech for high-voltage power
Magnachip Semiconductor has licensed Navitas Semiconductor's GeneSiC silicon carbide technology for devices rated at 1,200V and above, covering generations 4 and 5. The deal will see Magnachip port and qualify the technology in its South Korean fab, targeting grid, energy storage, and industrial applications.
