Pionix, AST-X and Solectrix Partner on Custom EV Charge Controllers Based on EVerest

Pionix, AST-X and Solectrix have teamed up to offer EV charger makers a "custom-off-the-shelf" charge controller adapted from Pionix's reference design and ChargeBridge module, which runs the open-source EVerest charging stack. The partners claim a functional prototype in 10 weeks and series production in about 30 weeks, with OTA updates replacing hardware redesigns for new features and standards.
