Global Battery Materials Acquires Lomiko Metals in C$11M Graphite Deal
Global Battery Materials has agreed to acquire Lomiko Metals, developer of Quebec's La Loutre graphite project, for about C$11 million in cash. The deal integrates Canadian graphite feedstock with the company's anode processing operations, advancing its mine-to-anode supply chain strategy.
