Diodes launches automotive field-plated Super Barrier Rectifiers rated 2 A to 8 A

Diodes Incorporated has introduced a family of field-plated Super Barrier Rectifier devices for automotive applications, offered in 2 A, 3 A and 8 A ratings. The parts are positioned as drop-in replacements for Schottky and PN junction diodes in DC-DC converters, reverse-polarity protection, battery charging and automotive LED lighting.
