Aratas launches G3VH SiC MOSFET relay for high-voltage EV battery systems

Aratas America, formerly Omron Electronic Components, has introduced the G3VH silicon carbide MOSFET relay, supporting load voltages of 1,800 V and 3,300 V with 5,000 Vrms isolation. Designed for battery management systems and test equipment, it reduces power loss and improves measurement accuracy for high-voltage applications.
