EST-Floattech to power 15 river cruise vessels with 9.7 MWh Octopus battery system
EST-Floattech will supply its Octopus High Energy battery systems for 15 new river cruise vessels, delivering 9.7 MWh total capacity under a contract with Dutch integrator Van Tiem Elektro. The batteries will support partial electric sailing and hotel loads for ships sailing the Danube and Black Sea region, with final deliveries through 2030.
