San Francisco Unified Starts Rolling Out Electric School Buses in Fleet Electrification Push
The San Francisco Unified School District has begun deploying electric school buses as the first phase of a transition to an all-electric fleet, with 104 buses planned this year and 134 more next year. The buses will use vehicle-to-grid technology, with operator Zum citing roughly 3 GWh of V2G capacity.
