Chinese auto chipmaker SemiDrive raises about $148M in fresh Series C funding
SemiDrive has closed Series C+ and C++ rounds, bringing its 2026 Series C financing to roughly 1 billion yuan ($148 million). The Nanjing-based chip designer says its automotive chips have shipped over 14 million units and reach more than 90% of Chinese automakers.
