Ford Backs 100 MW Michigan Solar Farm to Power EV Factories with Clean Energy
DTE Energy has completed a 100 MW solar farm near Coldwater, Michigan, funded by Ford through its MIGreenPower renewable energy program. The project supports Ford's goal of assembling every Michigan-built vehicle with 100% carbon-free electricity by 2027, a target pushed back from its original 2025 deadline.
