Norwegian synthetic graphite producer Vianode is seeking a partner or full takeover to finance its next expansion phase, hiring JPMorgan to run the process. The GM supplier aims to secure a deal by year-end as it builds an Ontario plant capable of supplying anode material for about 2 million EVs annually.
