TDK Unveils 100V 10µF Soft-Termination MLCC for 48V EV Power Systems
TDK has launched a 100 V, 10 µF X7R multilayer ceramic capacitor in its CN series of soft-termination parts, claiming the highest capacitance available at that voltage in the 3225 case size. The AEC-Q200-qualified component targets smoothing and decoupling on 48 V power lines in electrified vehicles, with mass production set for September 2026.
