VANCOUVER, British Columbia–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Lomiko Metals Inc. (TSX-V: LMR, OTC: LMRMF, FSE: DH8C) (“Lomiko” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Supreme Court of British Columbia has granted the final order in connection with the previously announced plan of arrangement (the “Arrangement”) under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia).

The Arrangement remains subject to certain customary closing conditions, including the receipt of stock exchange approval. If the necessary approval is obtained and the other conditions to closing are satisfied or waived, it is anticipated that the Arrangement will be completed by the parties in October, 2026.
